Due to the extensive variety of techniques used in an appointment with us, you will almost always find some benefit from your treatment. Some, but not all, of the modalities used include Dermoneuromodulation (DMN), Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Joint Mobilizations. Each massage session is catered to the person receiving it, and involves a combination of multiple techniques. The intensity and depth of all of these modalities are also adaptable to suit the person receiving them.
